Acceptable use policy

VJProxy is not liable for harm caused, or that could be caused, to customers or third parties, their activities, or their information in the course of using, or being unable to use, the service.

Users must promptly notify technical support of any service issues.

A refund request may be submitted only within 24 hours after an order is paid in full. Refunds without stating a reason are available only for weekly and monthly Standard and Professional proxy plans. Refunds or exchanges for Private proxies and VPN are available only when our technical team confirms that the package issue is on our side.

For proxy plans purchased for 7 days or more, customers may pause an active package. A pause may last for up to 3 months from activation. The package will restart automatically when the pause ends.

You must not use our service for:

Hacking websites or searching for vulnerabilities, including SQL injection.

Fraud, defamation, deception, threats, or abuse.

Violating the laws of the country where the server you use is located.

Spam (including forum, blog, and comment spam), or any activity that may cause an IP address to be listed by blocklist services such as BlockList.de, SpamHaus, StopForumSpam, SpamCop, and others.

Port or vulnerability scanning, or password guessing and brute-force attacks.

Distributing malware by any means.

Creating phishing websites on any port.

When you use VJProxy, you assume personal, administrative, and criminal responsibility for your actions and their consequences.

If these rules are violated, VJProxy may terminate service unilaterally and without the option to restore it.

VJProxy reserves the right to change these rules without notifying users.
