Referral program FAQ
When is a referral reward credited?
Rewards for a purchase are credited after the service is delivered. Renewal rewards are credited after payment is captured. Rejected or refunded services are excluded; add-ons for threads and IPs are included.
How is my commission rate set?
Your rate is based on the number of unique referred customers who complete at least one confirmed purchase or renewal: 5%, 10% or 15%.
How long does a referral link remain valid?
The first eligible visit is attributed for 30 days. A later referral link does not replace an attribution that has already been saved.
How can I withdraw my rewards?
You can transfer rewards to your VJProxy balance starting at $10. Bitcoin payouts start at $40 and are reviewed by an administrator.
Do I earn commission on earlier purchases?
No. Commissions apply only to transactions made after the program launch. Earlier purchases can count toward your current tier.
